Worry-Free^TM Urethane Brake Film for Press Brake Tooling

Genco Industries Press Brake Urethane Die Film is tough enough to handle any press brake.  Eliminate unwanted die marks and save money on polishing.  Protect the material and your investment!

First, cut the film to the desired length.  Then, either tape or clamp the urethane to the bottom die.  (duct tape is most often used)  The material to be formed is laid on top of the die film.  The die protector film prevents the substrate from touching the die...eliminating any die marks!  The tough urethane film can be used over and over!  The actual number of hits will depend on thickness used, material used, and force used.
